Abstract

We have studied the level of circulating immun complex, immunglobulins and complemans in order to evaluate the role of these factors on the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis. We determined the level of circulating immun complex, immunglobulins and complemans in 24 patients with ulcerative colitis and 11 healthy controls. We have found that circulating immun complex were higher than normal in five among seven patients without therapy ( % 71) though 10 among that immunologic changes in ulcerative colitis either, primary factor or occured as secondary results

Abstract

Tedavi almıyan 7 hastanın 5 inde 71.42) dolaşan immun kompleksleri yük sek bulunmasına karşılık immunosupressif tedavi altında olan 17 has tanın 10 unda 58.82) tesbit edilmiştir. Bu sonuçlar ışığında koljtjs ülserozada tesbit edilen immunopatoloji etyopatogenezde primer faktörmüdür yoksa sekonder olartzk mı husule gelmektedir. Bu gün tam olarak bilinmemektedir.
