Bu raporda sosyal termalizm endikasyonu ve bu endikasyona temel teşkil eden diagnostik kriterler ile bu kriterlerin değişik sektör lerdeki dağılımı incelenmektedir. Bu amaçla, ilkin, 1960 - 1969 yılları arasındaki 10 yıllık süre içinde, değişik sosyal sektörlere bağlı hasta nelere kaplıca tedavisi istemi ile başvuran hastalarla bunlara verilen endikasyonlarm sunrlarr arast1r11m1ât1T. Saž1110çurullarma sosyal termalizm istemi ile basvuranlarm toplam müracaata oram bütün sektörlerde % 3.5-6.5 gibi biri birine yakm oranlardadlr. Buna karslllk, endikasyon oranlarl ise çok büyük farkllhklar göstermektedir. Sosyal sigortalar kurumunda endikasyon % 3.8 iken, Belediye Hastanelerinde % 40, Devlet Hastanelerinde % 52, Vaklf Hastanesinde % 60 ve Asker Hastanelerinde ise % 86 dlr. Arastxmamvzda ikinci olaralç yine 1900 - 1969 Ylllarl arasmdaki davisi yapflan hastalar incelenmi$ir. In this report the social thermalism indications, the criteriums based on these indications and their dispersion in different health committees of different sectorials hospitals are going to be examined. For this purpose, firstly during the period of ten years i.e. 1960-1969 all the patients desired for the balneotherapy, and limits for their indications were examined. It was about 3.5 - 6.5 % in all the Health' Commitees, in according to the total applications. But there was a great difference in the indication persentage. For example, in Social Insurrance Hospitals it was 3.8 % , in Municipal Hospital 40 70, in Go vermental Hospitals 52 70, in Foundation Hospital 60 % and in Military Hospitals 86 % . In our research, secondly, again in the period of ten years i.e., 1960 - 1969 in a Military Hospital In Bursa, the patients treated for balneoterapy were examined. It was noticed that amongst them only 18.3 % were active soldiers.At the end it can be summarized that social thermalism was not evaluated as a conservative therapy in Turkey.
