Abstract

Deneysel fokal serebral iskemi/resirkülasyon iskemisinde resirkülasyonla beraber intra arteriel olarak verilen DiMetil Sülfoksit (DMSO)'in lezyon bölgesine olan etkileri histopatolojik olarak incelenmiştir. Resirkülasyon periyodunda intra arteriyel olarak verilen DMSO'nun iskemik değişikliklerin azaltılmasında faydalı etkisi oldüğü görülmüştür.

Abstract

In the experimentally foot)l cerebral ischemia/ recirculation ischemia Jhe effect cf intra arterial administration of the DM S O during the recirculation period to the ischemic lesion field have been evaluateci histcž)athoiogiaeolly, in rabbits. DMSO administred during pecirculEEion period is £ound to be beneficial effect in reducing ischemia.
