The Role Of Demycoplasma In Abacterial Chronic Prostatitis

Abstract

Kronik prostatitli on olgunun üçünde ejakilat, prostat sekresyonu ve prostatın bizzat kendisinde mycoplazma tesbit perineal iğne biopsisi numunelerinin incelenmesi ile doğrulanmıştır. Prostatta myooplazma tesbit edilen olguların histopatolojik incelenmesinde özel bir enfeksiyon ve enflamasyon tablosu tesbit edilenenin aksine çoğunluğunda normal Prostatta lokalize olması nedeniyle kültürleri güç olan bu ajan patojenin kronik prostatit ve erkek infertilitesínde rolü olabileceği her zaman hatırlanmalı ve etkili olan ve yan tesirleri nisbeten az olan tetracyclin,• doxacylin, minocyclin, eritromycin gibi antibiotiklerin kullanılmamasından kaçınılmamalıdır.

Abakteriyel Kronik Prostatitlerde Mycoplazmanın Rolü

Abstract

The rule of the mycoplasma in the Abacterial Prostatitis Mycoplasma was .retcovered from the urine, prostatic fluid .and semen-in 3 out of ten patients with chronic abacterial biopsy specimen in two of them. Therefore it is confirmed that, mycoplasma can certainly be localized in the du•ctal and stromal area of the prostatic gland itself. The pathological findings and appearences in mycoplasma.prostatitis were not significant. On the cóntrary the pathological appearences in these cases were normal.
