Serum Proteins in Guinea Pigs Under Normal and High Pressure

Abstract

Anestezi edilmemiş kobaylarda normalde ve 5 Ata lık ha- va basıncı altında 2 saat kaldıktan sonra serum proteinleri elektroforetik olarak incelendi. Her iki koşulda elde edilen bul- gular karşılaştırılarak yüksek basınçta havanın serum proteinleri üzerindeki etkisi saptandı. Bulgularımıza göre yüksek basınç altında :
a) serum albümin ve beta globülin fraksiyonlarında an- lamlı bir değişiklik olmadı.
b) Alpha - 1, alpha - 2 globulinlerde azalma ve gamma globulin fraksionunda istatistiki olarak önemli derecede bir artma meydana geldi.

Abstract

Serum proteins in guinea - pigs under normal and pressurised conditions. Non anaesthetised Guinea - pigs left 2 hours under normal and 5 atmospheric prossurised conditions and serum proteins studied electrophoretically. In both circumstances findings were examined and effects of the hingh atmospheric pressure on the serum proteins evaluated. According to our findings under high atmospheric pressu
