Abstract

Cerrahi sarılık teşhisi ile ameliyat edilen 51 vaka retrospektif olarak incelenmiş, teşhis yanılmaları, özellikle sebebi anlaşılamayan sarılık vakaları sorunu kolestazis açısından ele alınarak tartışılmıştır.

Abstract

Surgical Aspecis of Cholestatic Jaundice A series of 51 obstructive jaundice patients hase been studied, fetrospectively. In this serie laparatomies 15.68 was mistaken : Jaundice was due to viral hepatitis in one of the case and sirrozis in three, sdlerozan cholangitis due cronigue Npancreatitis in four. The other 8 cases (15.68 W) no obstructive pattern has been found during operation.
