Fosforlu Ensektisitlerin Sağlık Zararları ve Bu Yönden Tarım İşçilerinde Yaptığımız Bir Araştırma

Pestisitlerin vektör kontrolu bitkisel besinler ve endüstri bitkilerinin üretimi ve muhafazasındaki tesir ve ekonomik değerleri nedeni ile toplum yaşayışına yaygın bir şekilde girmiş bulunmaları bir takım sağlık problemleri ortaya çıkarmaktadır. Bu şimik maddelerin insan organizmasında meydana getirdiği sağlık zararlarını tesbitte bir kriter olarak kabul edilen Acetyl Choline Esterase aktivite seviyelerini A.C.Ç. ve Zirai Mücadele Müdürlüğü Mücadele Personelinde araştırdık. a) 58 kişilik kontrol gurubunun Ach E aktivite ortalaması = 197, SD = +-30,5 SE=4, Range = 112 - 256. b) 58 kişilik ekspoze gurubun ortalaması —=153, SD =-+ 45, SE = +- 5,9 Range = 10-224 bulundu. İki gurubun ortalamaları arasındaki farkın önemlilik derecesini araştırmak üzere t testi uygulandı ve P < 0,001 bulundu. Buna göre iki ortalama arasındaki fark ileri derecede önemlidir. c) Ekspozür öncesi ve sonrası Ach B aktivite kontrollerini yaptığımız 18 kişilik gurupta ise Ekspozür öncesi ortalaması = 204, SD = +-7,5SE +- 1,6, Range = 106 - 250, ekspozür sonrası ortalaması = 118, SD = +- 45, SE = +- 10,7 Range = 10-170 bulundu. Ortalamalar arasındaki farkın önemlilik derecesi araştırıldı t testi uygulandı ve P< 0,001 bulundu. Buna göre ortalamalar arasındaki fark ileri derecede önemlidir ve Fosforlu Ensektisitlerin araştırma yaptığımız işçi gurubu üzerindeki direkt sağlık zararlarını kesin bir Sekilde ifade etmektedir. i d) Ekspoze işçilerin 17 sinde Ach E aktivitesi normalin G6 70i altında bulunmakta (Hatta 1 inde o 20 si altında) ve kritik bir seviye göstermektedir. İşçilerimizin maruz bulunduğu bu sağlık tehlikesinin başta eğitilmeleri olmak üzere koruyucu tedbirlerin disiplinli bir şekilde tatbiki suretiyle azaltılabileceğine kaniyiz.

Pesticides have been widely introduced into society due to their effects on vector control, plant foods and the production and preservation of industrial plants and their economic value, which causes a number of health problems. We investigated the Acetyl Choline Esterase activity levels, which are accepted as a criterion in determining the health damages caused by these chemical substances in the human organism, in A.C.Ç. and Agricultural Control Directorate Control Personnel. a) The Ach E activity average of the 58-person control group = 197, SD = +-30.5 SE=4, Range = 112 - 256. b) The average of the 58-person exposure group was found to be —=153, SD =-+ 45, SE = +- 5.9 Range = 10-224. A t test was applied to investigate the significance level of the difference between the means of the two groups and P < 0.001 was found. Accordingly, the difference between the two means is highly significant. c) In the group of 18 people where we performed pre- and post-exposure Ach B activity controls, the pre-exposure mean = 204, SD = +-7.5SE +- 1.6, Range = 106 - 250, and the post-exposure mean = 118, SD = +- 45, SE = +- 10.7 Range = 10-170. The significance level of the difference between the means was investigated, t-test was applied and P< 0.001 was found. Accordingly, the difference between the means is highly significant and clearly expresses the direct health hazards of Phosphorous Insecticides on the worker group we conducted the research. d) In 17 of the exposed workers, Ach E activity is below normal G6 70i (even below 20 in 1) and shows a critical level. We are convinced that this health hazard that our workers are exposed to can be reduced by implementing protective measures in a disciplined manner, especially through training.
