Abstract
Otuz bir akut lösemili olguda serumda, bakır, çinko düzeyleri ölçüldü ve bakır/çinko oranı saptandı. Tedaviden önce lösemili olgularda serumda, ortalama bakır düzeyi kontrol gurubuna göre anlamlı olarak yüksek bulundu (P 40,01). Remisyonda serum bakır düzeyi normal değerlere “ iniyordu. Ortalama serum çinko düzeyi ise, tedaviden önce 1Ös6- mili olgularda kontrollere göre anlamlı olârak düşük değerlerdeydi. (P < 0.01). Remisyonda, serum çinko düzeyi normal degerlere yükseliyordu. Tedaviden önce lösemili olgularda; bakır/ çinko oranı da, normale göre anlamlı olarak yüksekdi e 4000).

Abstract
COPPER AND ZİNC CONCENTRATİON İN THE SERUM OF LEUKAEMİC CHİLDREN Ni
Serum copper zinc concentrations and copper/zinc ratio Were Nmeasured in 31 acute leukaemic children. The mean concenio ration of copper in the serum of untreated leukaemic children was-significantiy higher than the normal children (P <0,01). The serum copper levels decreased after treatment. The mean zinc concentration in the serum of the leukaemic children was significantly lower than the levels observed in the normal childrenP < 0.01). The serum zinc levels increased after treatment, In untreg&ted leukaemiç children copper/zinç ratio was significantiy , higiher than the control gorup.
