Abstract
Yutma güçlüğü, boğaz ağrısı, hemoptizi ve boğazda kitle yakınmaları ile başvuran 47 ve 30 yaşla- rındaki iki kadın olgu sunulmaktadır. Her iki olguda da bilgisayarlı tomografi de lingual lokalizas- yonda, preepiglottik yağ dokusuna uzanan kitleler saptandı. Birinci olguda, yoğun patolojik kon- trastlanma saptanırken, ikinci olguda kontrastlanma görülmemiş ve çevresel kalsifi kasyon dikkati çekmiştir. Normal lokalizasyonlarında tiroid dokusu saptanmayan olgularda lingual kitlelere total eksizyon yapıldı. Histopatolojileri multinodüler guatr ile uyumlu idi. Literatürde, şimdiye kadar histopatolojileri multinodüler guatr olan yalnızca iki lingual tiroid ektopi olgusu bulunduğundan nadir rastlanan bu olgular dikkat çekicidir
