Ergen Kız Ve Yetişkin Kadınlarda Depresyonun Kognitif Açıdan Karşılaştırılması

Abstract

Bu araştırma depressif ergen kızlarda ve yetişkin kadınlarda kognitif bozuklukları saptamak amacıyla planlanmıştır. Denekler 25 ergen ve 25 yetişkin depressif kadın hastadan oluşmuştur. Nörotik depresyon tanısı almış olan her bir deneğe Beck Depresyon ölçeği (BDÖ) ve SCL-90 uygulanmıştır. İstatistiksel analiz iki grup arasında anlamlı farklılıklar olduğunu göstermiştir. Depressif ergen kızlarda 21 BDÖ iteminden dördünde anlamlı farklılık saptanmış : Kendini kabahatli bularak suçlama, intihar düşünceleri, ağlama duygusu ve beden imajı bozuklukları.

Comparıson Of Depressıon In Adolescent Gırls And Adult Women In Terms Of Cognıtıve Perspectıve

Abstract

This study was undertaken to determine differential cognitive distortions in depression for adolesceni versus adult females. Twentyfive female adolescent and twent-five adult female depressive patients served as subjects. Each had received a primary diagnosis of neuritic depression and had completed the Beck Depression Inventory
(BDD and SCL-90. Statistical analysis indicated significant differences between two groups. Results showed that adolesceni female depressives scored significantiy higher on four the 21 BDI items : Selfaccusation, suicidal wishes, Cry spells and body image distortions.
