Abstract

It has been determined serum complement C4 and C3 values by immunodif- fusion method in 10 subject with normal, 10 patients with Crohn's disease and 10 patients with Ulcerative Colitis. The values of complement C4 were normal in both diseases but the values of complement C3 were found lower of normal values in inflammatory bowel disease

İLTİHABİ BARSAK HASTALIĞINDA SERUM KOMPLEMAN C4 ve C3 DEĞERLERİ

Abstract

A. Ü. Tıp Fakültesi Gastroenteroloji kliniğinde 10 kontrol, 10 Cr. H, ve 10 KÜ vakalarında, serum örneklerinde kompleman C4 ve C3 değerleri immünodiffüzyon yöntemi ile tayin edildi. Kompleman C4 değerleri her iki hastalık grubundada normaldi. Buna karşın kompleman C3 değerleri normal değerlerin altında bulunduğu tesbit edildi
