New Views On The Biotransformation Of Anesthetic Drugs And Their Application

Year 1975, Volume: 28 Issue: 1-2, 449 - 458, 30.06.1975

Abstract

Unusual reaction to anesthetic agents is not a rare entity in Practice of Anesthesia some of the clinically important reactions include Halothane Hepatotoxicity, Methoxyflurane Nefrotoxicity and the malignant Hyperthermia.
In this article new concepts of anesthetic biotransformation and its application to clinical practice is explained. For the time being, the effects of metabolism on clinical toxicity of genera] anesthetic agents seems like a valid hypothesis.

Anestezik İlaçların Biyotransformasyonu ve Uygulama Yönünden Yeni Görüşler

Year 1975, Volume: 28 Issue: 1-2, 449 - 458, 30.06.1975
