Monitorize effects of chemicals that used in the study on MDCK cells with phase contrast microscope
Abstract
The aim of this study is to monitorize effects of chemicals that used in the study on MDCK cells with phase contrast microscope. MDCK cells that were treated with CaCl2, MgSO4, Sodiumcitrate, Na2HPO4 and NaOx/ CaCl2 solutions. MDCK cells that not treated with any chemicals are used as control group. Calcium islets were observed in cells that treated with CaCl2 and calcium oxalate crystals which binded to the cells were observed in cells that treated with NaOx/CaCl2 solution. The MDCK cells that treated with Na-citrate solution, there was any difference was found when compared with control cells. The MDCK cells, treated with Na2HPO4 solution, necrotic areas were found
