Abstract

Bu çalışmada, bir buzağıda görülen baş anomalileri, hidranensefali ve serebellar hipoplazi olgusu anatomik, makroskobik, mikroskobik ve immunohistokimyasal yönden incelenmiştir. Anomaliler ve merkezi sinir sisteminde meydana gelen lezyonların Sığırların Virüsi İshali Virüsü ile ilişkisi immunohistokimyasal olarak ortaya konmuştur

Abstract

In this study, cranial anomalies, hydranencephaly and cerebellar hypoplasia were reported macroscopically, microscopically and immunohistochemically in a calf. A relationship between Bovine Viral Diarrhea Virus infection and malformations associated with central nervous system lesions were demonstrated
