Abstract

In this study,S. gallinarum9 strain was inoculatedorallyin 1,8x109doses to' one-day-old,2-week-old,one-month-oldgroup. Af ter the inoculation,the animals were euthanasiedon the twelveth day expect for the aıready dead ones. The animals wereclinically,mortality ratios with the lesions .and the antigen were made accordingto the organ;'. Mortalityrate figures for one-day-old2-week-old, one-month-old,torticollis, diarrhea, depression,labored gasping were observed clinical1y.Lesionsof affected birds and the dosage of agent. Macroscopically,and the intestines of one-day-oldchicks. It was also found hemorrhagesin the thigh and pectoral muscles and involution of the bursaof Fabricius in chickens 2-week-oldof age and one-month-oldproventriculuswhite miliaryfoci werehaemorrhagicdiffuse parenchymatous'reaction were observed in the lungs and the intestines of one-day-old,spleen of the other groups

Tavuklarda deneysel Salmoneila gailinarum enfeksiyonunda (Tavuk tifosu) patolojik ve immunohistokimyasal çalışmalar

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Leghorn ırkı günlük, 2 haftalık, i aylık ve 2 aylık hayvanlara S. gallinarum 9 suşu 1,8x109CFU/M dozda,oralolarakkendiliğindenölenler dışında 12. günde ötanazi yapıldı. Bulgular klinik, makroskobik,değerlendirildi.talık civcivlerde %95, i 'aylık piliçlerde %86, 2 aylık piliçlerde ise %43 olarak bulundu. Klinik olarak, günlük civcivIerde lateral deviasyon ve tortikollis, ishal, gözlerde kapanma, solunum güçlüğü, tüylerde kanşıklıklalendi. Oluşan Iezyonlar hayvanlarınyaşı ve etkeni n dozuna göre çeşitlilikgösterdi.boz beyaz odaklar, karaciğer ve bağırsaklardakanama ve bursa Fabricius'daDalak bazı gruplarda siyahımsı, bazı hayvanlardaise oldukça açık renkteydi. KaraciğerdeFabricius'dağırsaklarda hemorajik enteritis görülürken erişkinlerde perikarditis,diffuz paranşimatözmunoperoksidazdalaklarında güçlü pozitif reaksiyon gözlendi
