Macro-anatomical investigations of Iymph ducts of the abdominal, pelvic wall and viscera of the rabbit Oryctolagus cuniculus L
Abstract
Prescnt study was conducted to invesıigate the cysterna ehyli and Iymph ducts of the ahdoıııin,ı!. pelvıe \vall and
viscera of the white l\"ew Zealand rabbits. A total of 13 rabhits were u.scd in the experiments. The abdominal eavities of
anaesıhetized rabhits were opened. Then, II % patent hlue was injected into the iliosacral lymphocenter and Iymph nodes of [he
variou~ organ~. It wa~ oh~erved that the lumhar tnınk is consisted of two Iyınphatic ducts. loeatcd on the ventral wall of the aorta.
The intestinal lrımk wa~ eonsisted of two Iyınphatic duets whieh formed hy the cranial mcsenteric Iymph nodes. lnıesıinal trunk W,I'
also ıerıııınated pintly wiıh the lumhar tnınk. the caudoventral part of thc eisterna chyli. There wcre not celiae. JeJıınal and viseera!
