Throughout their academic life, students need to learn the content of many different courses. They also need to prepare for the exams of these courses. In this case, test anxiety can sometimes arise in students as an undesirable problem. The number of measurement tools to assess this problem psychometrically is also very limited. For this reason, the purpose of the study is to examine the validity and reliability of the Westside Test Anxiety Scale in middle and high school students in Turkish. Exploratory factor analysis of the study was conducted with 443 students, 215 of which were middle school and 228 were high school. The confirmatory factor analysis of 208 middle school and 263 high school students participated in a total of 471 students were including. The exploratory factor analysis results showed that the scale has got one-dimensional with eleven items. The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the scale hypothesis model was confirmed in middle and high school. Also scale items were adequate to identify the features their measure. The research findings proved that scale could be used at middle and high school levels to measure test anxiety.
