A new record for Turkey: Biarum aleppicum J.Thiébaut Araceae

Abstract

Biarum aleppicum J.Thiébaut Araceae is reported as a new record for Turkish flora in Urfa province, SE Anatolia, Turkey. The description and distribution of the species are given. Also, it is compared with related species B. carduchorum Schott Engler and B. angustatum Hook.f. N.E.Br

Abstract

Biarum aleppicum J.Thiébaut Araceae , Güneydoğu Anadolu'da, Urfa ilinden tespit edilmiş ve Türkiye florası için yeni bir tür kaydı olarak verilmiştir. Taksonun kısa betimi ve dağılımı verilmiş, yakın akraba türler olan B. carduchorum Schott Engler ve B. angustatum Hook.f. N.E.Br. türleri ile karşılaştırılmıştır
