Abstract

Pteris multifida Poir. Pteridaceae is recorded for the first time in Turkey, based on the samples collected from Süleymaniye Istanbul . P. multifida Poir. and P. cretica L. share morphologically similar characters. In this study it is reported, by giving the comparisons of the distinctive characters of this two similar species, that P. multifida has became a native species for Turkey

Abstract

Pteris multifida Poir. Pteridaceae türü Süleymaniye’den İstanbul toplanan örneğe dayalı olarak Türkiye’den ilk kez kaydedilmiştir. P. multifida Poir. ve P. cretica L. türleri birbirine morfolojik olarak çok benzer türlerdir. Bu çalışmada birbirine çok benzer olan bu iki türün farklılıkları karşılaştırmalı olarak ele alınarak P. multifida türünün Türkiye için doğallaşmış bir tür olduğu bildirilmektedir
