Tekirdağ’dan Yeni Bir Verbascum L. (Sığırkuyruğu) Melezi, Verbascum × malkaraense (Sırcaotugiller / Scrophulariaceae)

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Malkara (Tekirdağ) ile Keşan (Edirne) ilçeleri arasından toplanan Sığırkuyruğu (Verbascum L.) (Sırcaotugiller / Scrophulariaceae) cinsine ait yeni bir melez olan Verbascum × malkaraense Demir, Cingay & Cabi nothosp. nov. (= V. ovalifolium Donn ex Sims subsp. thracicum (Velen.) Murb. × V. purpureum (Janka) Hub.-Mor.) belirlendi. Yeni melez, ataları olan V. ovalifolium subsp. thracicum ve V. purpureum ile karşılaştırıldı. Melezin ayırt edici karakterleri, betimi ve ekolojik özellikleri verildi. Ayrıca ata türler ile olan morfolojik farklılıkları tartışıldı. Yeni melezin taban yapraklarının şekil ve ölçüsü, yaprak ve gövdede ki tüy örtüsü, çiçek durumundaki kümelenme duruşu, korolla şekil ve ölçüsü, palinolojik özellikleri ile ebeveynlerinden farklılık gösterdiği tespit edildi.
