Marmara Bölgesinde Kültür Mantarlarında Zararlı Nematod Türleri Üzerinde Araştırmalar

Öz

Bu çalışma 1988-1989 yıllarında, mantar yetiştiriciliğinin yoğun olduğu Marmara Bölgesinde nematod türlerinin yayılışı, bulaşma kaynakları, popülasyon yoğunluğu ve bulaşma oranlarının saptanması amacıyla yapılmıştır. 66 adet işletmeden alınan toplam 262 adet örnek (kompost, örtü toprağı, saman vs.) üzerinde yapılan incelemeler sonucunda işletmelerin tümünün nematodla değişik yoğunlukta bulaşık olduğu gözlenmiştir. Toplanan örneklerden izole edilen nematodların tür teşhislerinin sonucunda, bunların 12 cins ve 9 türünün parazit nematodlardan, 20 cins ve 14 türünün ise saprofit nematodlardan oluştuğu saptanmıştır.

Studies on Nematodes Damaging on Cultivated Mushroom in Marmara Region

Abstract

This study was conducted in mushroom plants in Marmara Region between 1988 and 1989. 262 samples concerning mushroom compost, casing soil and raw material like wheat straw were taken from 66 mushroom plants. These samples were checked for nematode infection. All mushroom plants were found to be contaminated with nematodes in different rates. Isolated nematodes from samples were diagnosed. 32 genus and 22 species of nematodes were established. 15 of genus and 11 of species were diagnosed as parasite nematodes and 22 genus and 11 species of remaining were found as saprophagos. The most of nematodes were diagnosed as sapropagous nematodes like Rhabditida order. Ditylenchus spp. and Aphelenchoides composlicola were established in a few plants. But the density of those nematodes was low. According to our observations, the sources of contamination with nematodes in mushroom plant can be summarized as follow. 1. Raw materials as straw, animal manure, casing soil and water. 2. Tools and apparatus.
