Birlikte Yetiştiriciliğin Baş ve Kıvırcık Salatada Klorofil Miktarı Üzerine Etkisi

Abstract

Birbiriyle uyumlu farklı bitki türlerinin aynı zamanda, aynı alan üzerinde yetiştirilmesi toplam verim ve geliri artıran tekniklerden biridir ve birlikte yetiştiricilik olarak isimlendirilmektedir. Domates sıraları arasında birli, ikili ve üç sıralı olacak şekilde kıvırcık ve baş salata sebzelerinin yetiştirildiği bu araştırma, Akdeniz Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi Araştırma ve Uygulama Arazisi koşullarında cam serada, sonbahar ve ilkbahar dönemlerinde yürütülmüştür. Birlikte yetiştiriciliğin etkilerini belirlemek amacıyla domates sıraları arasında ve kontrol olarak yetiştirilen salata bitkilerinde Hydro N-Tester cihazıyla toplam klorofil ölçümleri yapılmıştır. En yüksek klorofil ölçüm değerleri sonbahar ve ilkbahar dönemlerinde sırasıyla 380.50 ve 416.83 olarak kontrol grubu baş salata bitkilerinde belirlenmiştir. Sıra aralarında yetiştirilen salatalar karşılaştırıldığında, en yüksek değerler sonbahar ve ilkbahar dönemlerinde sırasıyla 324.50 ve 338.17 ile sıra aralarında tek sıra halinde yetiştirilen baş salata bitkilerinden elde edilmiştir. Salata tipleri klorofil değerlerine göre karşılaştırıldığında, her iki dönemde de sırasıyla 380.50 ve 416.83 olarak en yüksek değerler baş salatada ölçülmüştür. Kıvırcık salatada ise en yüksek klorofil ölçüm değerleri 229.33 ve 175.50 olarak sonbahar ve ilkbahar dönemlerinde kontrolde tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak domates sıraları arasındaki salatalarda besin rekabetinin yanı sıra daha düşük ışık yoğunluğunda daha düşük klorofil değerleri ölçülmüştür.

The Effect of Intercropping on Chlorophyll Content of Crispy and Head Salad

Abstract

Cultivation of different vegetables species that are compatible with each other at the same time and on the same land is one of the techniques that increases the total yield and income and is called intercropping. This study, in which crispy and head salad plants was cultivated between the two rows of tomato as one, two and three-row, was conducted in Autumn and Spring periods in a research glasshouse at the Research and Application Field at Akdeniz University. The total chlorophyll content was measured with N-tester in order to determine the effects of intercropping in salad plants which were grown between the two rows of tomato and solely. The highest chlorophyll was determined in Autumn (380.50) and Spring (416.83) periods on head salad plants grown solely. When salad plants grown between the rows of tomato were compared with each other, the highest chlorophyll was obtained from head salads which were grown as one row between the two rows of tomato in Autumn and Spring (324.50 and 338.17, respectively). When salad types were compared in terms of chlorophyll values, the highest values were measured on head salad leaves in both periods with 380.50 and 416.83, respectively. Also the highest chlorophyll determined on crispy salads was found in control in Autumn and Spring as 229.33 and 175.50, respectively. As a conclusion on salad plants in between the rows of tomato were measured lower chlorophyll values under lower the light intensity conditions.
