İtalya (Vitis vinifera L.) Sofralık Üzüm Çeşidinde Kısıtlı Sulamanın Yaprak ve Stoma Özelliklerine Etkileri

Abstract

Ülkemizin tarım alanları şiddeti giderek artan bir kuraklık stresi sorunu ile karşı karşıyadır. Bölgemizde yetersiz yağışa bağlı olarak tarımsal üretim yapılamayan ya da ekonomik gelir elde edilemeyen alanlar oldukça fazladır. Asma yapraklarının alt yüzeyinde (hypostomatic), epidermis tabakasında bulunan stomaların genotiplerin çevre koşullarına göre farklılaştıkları bilinmektedir. Bu çalışmada kap içerisinde yetiştirilen İtalya (Vitis vinifera L.) üzüm çeşidinin tam sulama (TS) ve kısıntılı sulama (KS) koşullarında yaprak alanı (cm²), klorofil miktarı ve yaprak sıcaklığı (IR, ℃), birim alandaki stoma sayısı (stoma mm⁻²), stoma uzunluğu (µm), stoma genişliği (µm), stoma alanı (µm²) değerlerinin değişimi incelenmiştir. İtalya üzüm çeşidinde TS ve KS koşullarında yaprak ve stoma özellikleri önemli ölçüde değişmiş olup sırasıyla yaprak alanı 125.69±2.89 ve 109.43±1.72 cm², klorofil miktarı 32.89±0.42 ve 31.24±0.41 SPAD, IR 34.41±0.38 ve 31.26±0.43℃ aralığında, stoma yoğunlukları 149.28±3.58 ve 138.09±2.61 stoma mm⁻² yaprak alanı, stoma uzunlukları 25.63±0.32 ve 27.06±0.33 µm, stoma genişlikleri 15.56±0.31 ve 17.39±0.29 µm, stoma alanları 398.80±9.29 ve 470.59±12.82 µm² olarak tespit edilmiştir. KS koşulları yaprak alanı, klorofil miktarı ve IR değerlerini azaltmış, stoma özelliklerinden uzunluk, genişlik ve alan değerlerinde artış; stoma sayısı değerlerine ise azalmalar tespit edilmiştir. İtalya üzüm çeşidinin sulamadaki kısıta bağlı olarak yaprak yapı ve fonksiyonlarında aktif değişim göstererek tepki verdiği tespit edilmiştir.

Effects of Deficit Irrigation on Leaf and Stomatal Characteristics of Table Grape cv Italia (Vitis vinifera L.)

Abstract

The intensity of drought stress in our country agricultural areas has been growing. The areas where agricultural production is not possible or economic income cannot be obtained due to inadequate precipitation in our region are quite high. It is known that the stomata in the epidermis layer on the lower surface of the grapevine leaves (hypostomatic) differ according to the genotypes of the environmental conditions. In this study, the differences of leaf area (cm²), chlorophyll content and leaf temperature (IR, ℃), number of stomas in unit area (stoma mm⁻²), stoma length (μm), stoma width (μm) and stoma area (μm²) values were searched. Leaf and stoma characteristics at the full irrigation (FI) and deficit irrigation (DI) conditions were significantly changed in Italia grape varieties. Leaf areas were 125.69±2.89 and 109.43±1.72 cm², chlorophyll contents were 32.89±0.42 and 31.24±0.41 SPAD, IR were 34.41±0.38 and 31.26±0.43℃, stoma densities were 149.28±3.58 and 138.09±2.61 stoma mm⁻² leaf area, stoma lengths were 25.63±0.32 and 27.06±0.33 μm, stoma widths were 15.56±0.31 and 17.39±0.29 μm and stoma areas were 398.80±9.29 and 470.59±12.82 μm² respectively. DI conditions reduced leaf area, chlorophyll content and IR values, and increased in length, width and stoma area values, but decreased in the number of stomas per unit leaf area. It was found that the İtalia grape cultivar reacted with active changes in leaf structure and function depending on the irrigation statue.
