Abstract

Bu çalışmada, domatesten sonra ihracat açısından oldukça önemli bir ürün grubu olan dolmalık biberin mekanik özellikleri üzerine depolama süresinin etkisini belirlemek amacıyla sıkıştırma test düzeneğinde testler yapılmıştır. Denemeler sonunda dolmalık biberin biyolojik akma noktası görülmediğinden, deformasyon oranı, maksimum kuvvet, elastiklik modülü, deformasyon enerjisi ve poisson oranı gibi bazı mekanik özellik değerleri belirlenmiştir. SPSS istatistik programında Duncan çoklu karşılaştırma testleri yapılmıştır. Varyans analizi sonuçlarına göre ürünün bazı mekanik özelliklerinin depolama süresine bağlı olarak önemsiz, bazı özelliklerinin ise %5 ve %1 seviyelerinde önemli olduğu belirlenmiştir.

Effect of Storage Time on Soma Strength Properties of Balo Bell Pepper Variety

Abstract

In this study, to determine the effect of the storage time of Balo bell pepper, a critical product to export after tomato in our country, mechanical properties on compression test, bench tests were performed in a series. Trials to the point of tearing the shell is not detected at the end of the pour point of biological bell pepper, deformation, maximum strength, modulus of elasticity, mechanical properties such as deformation energy were determined. Duncan's multiple comparison tests were performed using SPSS. According to variance analysis results, some mechanical properties of the product, depending on storage period, were determined to be significant at the 5% and 1% levels and some of them are not significant.
