Su Kültüründe Yetiştirilen Hıyar Çeşitlerinde NO₃/NH₄ ve NO₃/Üre Oranlarının Bazı Besin Elementlerinin Birikimine Etkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışma, değişen NO₃/NH₄ ve NO₃/Üre oranlarının iki hıyar çeşidinde bitki dokusunda mineral madde birikimine etkisini tespit etmek için yürütülmüştür. Üzerinde çalışılan bitki dokularında, çeşit ve uygulama interaksiyonu önemli bulunmamıştır. 100/0 NO₃/NH₄, uygulaması meyvede N, P, K, Fe ve Na; kökte K ve Fe, bütün bitki dokusunda Ca, Mg ve Mn birikimini artırmıştır. 75/25 NO₃/Üre uygulaması meyvede Mg, yaprakta N, P, K, Mg, Fe ve Mn; sürgünde N ve Fe, yaprak ta K ve Na birikimini artırmıştır. Fakat besin solüsyonunda bulunan NH₄ miktarı arttıkça, bütün bitki dokusunda besin elementleri birikimi genellikle azalmıştır.

The effects of NO₃/NH₄ and NO₃/Urea Ratios on the Accumulation of Some Nutrient by Cucumber Plants cvs. Sandra and Toska Grown Solution Culture

Abstract

The objective of this study was to determine the effect of varying ratios of NO₃/NH₄ ⁺ and NO₃/Urea on mineral accumulation in plant tissues of 2 cucumber cultivars. No significant interaction occurred with the different cultivars and treatments in all tissues studied. 100/0 NO₃/NH₄ ⁺ treatment increased the accumulation of N, P, K, Mg, Fe and Mn in the leaves; P, K, Mg and Mn in the stems; Mg and Na in the roots were greatest for 75/25 NO₃/Urea. 75/25 NO₃/NH₄ ⁺ treatment increased N and Fe accumulation in the stems; K and Na in the leaves. But generally nutrient accumulations in all plant parts decreased with each increment in the NH₄ concentration in the nutrient solution.
