Abstract

Türkiye'nin Avrupa Birliği'nin gelecekteki tam üyesi olacağı göz önüne alındığında, üye ülkelere, özellikle de büyük miktarlarda soğan ihraç eden Batı Almanya'ya soğan ihraç etme şansı yüksek olabilir. Ülkemizde soğan depolama yöntemlerinin, örneğin Hollanda'da kullanılan yöntemlere benzer şekilde iyileştirilmesi gerekmektedir.

Storage of Onions and Factors Affecting Storage

Abstract

Taking into account that Turkey will be a full member in the future of the European Commend Market, there could be a good chance of exporting onions to the member countries, particularly to west Germany which imparts onions in large quantities. The present methods of storing onions in our country need to be improved along the lines of methods used, for example, in the Netherlands.
