ÇOCUK HASTALARDA GÖMÜLÜ KALAN SÜT DİŞLERİNİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Abstract

AMAÇ: Gömülü kalma durumu, süt dişlenmede nadir görülen bir sürme problemidir. Bu duruma lokal ve genel sebepler yol açmaktadır.


YÖNTEMLER: Bu dişlerin teşhisi, klinik ve radyolojik incelemelerle yapılmaktadır. BULGULAR: Gömülü kalan süt dişlerinin tedavisinde kullanılan yöntemlerle daimi dişlenmede oluşabilecek problemlerin ortadan kaldırılması amaçlanmaktadır.


SONUÇ: Bu derlemede, gömülü kalmaya neden olan olası faktörler, süt dişlerinde bu durumun görülme sıklığı, gömülü kalmanın teşhisine yardımcı olan yöntemler ve gömülü kalan süt dişlerinin tedavi seçenekleri sunulacaktır.

EVALUATION OF IMPACTED DECIDUOUS TEETH IN CHILDREN

Abstract

OBJECTIVE: For primary dentition, impaction is rare seen eruption problem. Local and general causes lead to this situation.


METHODS: Impacted deciduous teeth are diagnosed with clinical and radiological examinations.


RESULTS: Treatment alternatives of impacted deciduous teeth focused removing permanent dentition problems which can be occur.


CONCLUSION: This review focuses on etiologic factors causes impaction, incidence of deciduous teeth impaction, diagnosis and treatment alternatives of impacted deciduous teeth.
