ENDÜSTRİ 4.0 VE İNSAN KAYNAKLARI YÖNETİMİNİN İLİŞKİSİ

Abstract

Günümüzde
işletmeler, Endüstri 4.0 ile birlikte dijital endüstriyel teknolojilerle
dönüşüm yaşamaktadır. Bu çalışma, literatür taramasına dayanmakta ve Endüstri
4.0’ın insan kaynakları yönetimi ile ilişkisini genel çerçevesi ile göstermeyi
amaçlamaktadır. İlk olarak, kavramsal açıklamalar yaparak Endüstri 4.0 ile
yaşanacağı öngörülen gelişmeler, iş hayatında gerçekleşecek dönüşümler ve karşılaşılacağı
düşünülen zorluklar ele alınmaktadır. İnsan kaynakları yönetimi açısından
bakıldığında ise, yaşanan teknolojik gelişmeler iş gücünde radikal
değişikliklere neden olacaktır. Endüstri 4.0 ile iş gücü profilindeki değişimin
yanı sıra iş gücündeki nitelikler de değişecektir. İşletmeler iş hayatındaki ve
iş gücündeki radikal değişikliklerin de etkisiyle ekonomik, sosyal, teknolojik
olarak zorluklarla karşılaşacaktır. Bu sebeple, işletmelerin Endüstri 4.0’ın
gereksinimleri doğrultusunda yeni yönetim yaklaşımları geliştirmeleri, dijital
teknolojilere uyum sağlamasını kolaylaştıracaktır. Bu bağlamda  iş hayatında ve iş gücünde yaşanacak olan
dönüşümü incelemek ve Endüstri 4.0'daki 
örgütsel yapı, liderlik tarzı ve İK uygulamaları olmak üzere Endüstri
4.0’ın teknolojik ortamına uygun olacağı öngörülen yönetim yaklaşımları
hakkında bakış açısı sunmak bu çalışmanın diğer bir amacıdır.
