E-ÖĞRENME İÇİN KRİTİK BAŞARI FAKTÖRLERİ: ALANYAZIN DERLEMESİ

Abstract

E-öğrenme birçok eğitim programına dâhil edilen teknoloji tabanlı öğrenme trendlerinden biridir. Kişisel faktörlerin, çevresel faktörlerin ve davranışsal faktörlerin birbirlerine olan etkileri, öğrenme sürecini etkilemektedir. E-öğrenme teknik ve sosyal boyutları olan bir süreçtir. Bu bağlamda başarılı bir e-öğrenme süreci için teknik gerekliliklerin yanı sıra sosyal gerekliliklerin de belirlenmesi gerektiği söylenebilmektedir. Çalışma kapsamında, literatür taraması yapılarak, e-öğrenme için kritik başarı faktörleri odağında sunulmuş akademik yayınlar incelenmiştir. E‐öğrenme sürecinde kritik başarı faktörleri ile ilgili olarak literatüre katkı sunan ve yüksek sayıda atıf alan 49 adet birincil kaynak araştırmaya dahil edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, kritik başarı faktörlerini konu alan yayınlarda 104 adet kritik başarı faktörüne ulaşılmıştır. Ulaşılan kritik başarı faktörleri 9 grup altında toplanmıştır. Bir alanyazın derlemesi olan bu çalışma, e-öğrenme projelerinin başarılarını arttırmaya yönelik öneriler sunmaktadır.
