Emprenye Edilmiş Ahşap Malzemenin Yapışma Direncini Etkileyen Faktörler

Abstract

İnsanlık tarihi boyunca en yaygın hammadde ahsap olmuştur. Sanayinin gelişmesiyle tüketim artmış ve alternatif

malzemelerin gerekliliği doğmuştur. Bu gerekliliğin bir sonucu olarak, düşük kaliteli ashap malzemenin

yapıştırılmasıyla lamine malzemeler elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen bu materyal birçok alanda kullanıma

başlamıştır. Ahşap lamine malzemelerin iç ve dış ortam şartlarında uzun süre dayanıklı kalabilmesini sağlamak

için ahşap malzeme çeşitli emprenye maddeleriyle muamele edilmektedir. Bu işlem sonrası lamine malzemenin

üretilmesi süresince rutubet arttığı için ahşap malzemenin bir birlerine tutunma yetenekleri düşmektedir. Bu

durumda lamine malzemelerin de yapışma önemli bir durum olmaktadır. Yapışma direncinin artmasıyla iyi

malzemeler elde edilmektedir. Tam tersi durumunda ise çeşitli hatalar oluşmaktadır. Bu hataları engellemek için

yapışmayı etkileyen faktörlerin bilinmesi önem arz etmektedir. Çalışmada yapışmayı etkileyen en önemli

faktörler araştırılmıştır.

The Factors Affecting on Bonding Strength of Impregnated Wood Material

Abstract

Wood has used commonly during human history. Its consumption was increased with developing forest

industries and then require of alternative materials raised. As a result of them, laminated materials were

produced with bonding of low quality wood materials. The materials obtained started to using in a lot of areas.

For improving to use at indoor and outdoor of laminated wood materials, Wood materials was impregnated with

different materials. After impregnation process, bonding ability of wood materials was increased as wood

absorbed in water in use area. By the way, it is an important status at bonding of wood material with each other.

With increasing bonding strength, good materials can be obtained. In the opposite status, it can occur different

failures. It was well know factors affecting bonding for preventing these failures. In the study, it was investigated

in factors affecting on bonding of wood materials with each other and adhesive.
