Leucojum aestivum L’nin Parçacık Tekniği ile Üretimi

Chipping technique is a method for use to propagate bulb at high amounts. This method is used to propagate

geophyte species that compose well basal plate such as Leucojum, Galanthus, Fritillaria, Narcissus,

Chionodoxa, Nerine, Scilla, Sternbergia. This study aimed to obtain bulbil from Leucojum aestivum by chipping

technique with application of different size divided bulbs and bulb sizes. As a result, application of dividing into

four pieces of large bulbs (11/12 cm) were found to be effective.

Parçacık (soğanı dilimlere ayırma-chipping) yöntemi, soğan çoğaltımı amacıyla kullanılan bir yöntemdir. Bu

yöntem, iyi bazal plaka oluşturan, Leucojum, Galanthus, Fritillaria, Narcissus, Chionodoxa, Nerine, Scilla,

Sternbergia gibi geofit cinslerinde uygulanmaktadır. Bu araştırmada, Leucojum aestivum L’de chipping tekniği

ile üretimi kapsamında farklı soğan büyüklükleri ve bölme uygulaması ile soğancık elde edilmesi amaçlanmıştır.

Sonuç olarak geniş çevre büyüklüğüne sahip 11/12 cm’lik soğanlarda, 4’e bölme uygulamasının etkili olduğu

tespit edilmiştir.
