DUYGUSAL EMEK STRATEJİLERİNİN DUYGUSAL ZEKANIN TÜKENMİŞLİĞE ETKİSİNDEKİ ARACILIK ROLÜ

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın ana amacı
“duygusal zeka seviyesi yüksek bireylerin daha az tükenmelerini sağlayabilmek
için duygusal emek stratejilerinden yararlanabilir miyiz?” sorusuna cevap
bulmaktır. Bu amaçla duygusal zeka düzeyinin tükenmişlik üzerindeki etkisinde
üç farklı duygusal emek stratejisinin aracılık rolü incelenmiş ve hizmet
sektörü çalışanları olan özel güvenlik görevlilerinin tükenmişlikten kaçış yolu
çizilmeye çalışılmıştır. Analiz sonuçlarına göre duygusal emek stratejilerinden
yüzeysel davranış ve samimi duygular duygusal zekanın tükenmişlik üzerindeki
etkisinde kısmi aracılık rolü oynarken, derinlemesine davranış stratejisinin
aracılık rolü üstlenmediği tespit edilmiştir. Sonuçlar kapsamında araştırmacı
ve uygulayıcılar için öneriler geliştirilmiştir.
