Müze ve örenyerlerinde mobil uygulama deneyimleri: Türkiye’nin müzeleri ve müzelerin sesi uygulamalarına yönelik bir inceleme

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı T.C. Kültür ve Turizm Bakanlığı’nın resmi mobil uygulamaları olan “Türkiye’nin Müzeleri” ve “Müzelerin Sesi” uygulamalarına yönelik kullanıcı deneyimlerinin incelenmesidir. Bu amaçla, kullanıcıların söz konusu uygulamalara yönelik Google Play platformunda yapmış oldukları yorumlar içerik analiziyle incelenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular, uygulamaların faydalı ve kullanışlı olarak görüldüğünü ancak birtakım teknik aksaklıkların söz konusu olduğunu göstermiştir.

Mobile application experiences in museums and archeological sites: A study on museums of Türkiye and voice of museums applications

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine user experiences with the official mobile applications of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, namely "Museums of Turkey" and "Sesi Müzelerin Sesi" applications. For this purpose, the comments posted by users on the Google Play platform about these applications were examined through content analysis. The findings revealed that the applications were seen as helpful and useful, but there were some technical problems that needed to be improved.
