OKUL YÖNETİCİLERİNİN EĞİTİM YÖNETİMİ BİLGİ SİSTEMLERİNE İLİŞKİN GÖRÜŞLERİ: MEMNUNİYET, ALGILANAN FAYDA VE GÖREVE UYGUNLUK ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİ

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, okul yöneticilerinin kullanmakta oldukları Eğitim Yönetimi Bilgi Sistemlerinden EYBS memnuniyet düzeylerini ve bunu etkileyen bazı faktörleri incelemektir. Bu amaçla 142 okul yöneticisine, araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen EYBS Değerlendirme Anketi uygulanmıştır. Toplanan verilerin analizinde betimsel istatistik ve regresyon analizi yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, okul yöneticilerinin kullanmakta oldukları EYBS’lere yönelik memnuniyet düzeyleri yüksektir. Ayrıca okul müdürleri, EYBS’yi oldukça faydalı ve görevlerine uygun bulmaktadırlar. Araştırmanın ortaya koyduğu bir diğer sonuca göre ise, yöneticilerin EYBS’den duydukları memnuniyet ile algılanan fayda ve göreve uygunluk arasında pozitif ve anlamlı bir ilişki olduğudur. Bu iki değişken de memnuniyetle pozitif korelasyona sahiptir. Regresyon analizi sonucunda, okul yöneticilerinin EYBS’den duydukları memnuniyetin %26’sının faydalılık ve göreve uygunluk faktörlerinden kaynaklandığı tespit edilmiştir

School Administrators’ Opinions Regarding to Educational Management Information Systems: The Relationship Among Satisfaction, Perceived Usefullness and Task Fit

Abstract

The aim of this study was to examine the level of school administrators’ satisfaction with Education Management Information Systems EMIS and some factors affecting it. For this aim, EMIS Evaluation Questionnaire, developed by the authors, was conducted to 142 school administrators. In the analysis of data, descriptive statistics and regression analysis methods were used. The results showed that school administrators are very satisfied with EMIS, and consider that it is very usefull and appropriate to their tasks. Another result of the study revealed that there is a positive and significant relationship among school administrators’ satisfaction with EMIS, usefullness and task fit. These two variables have a positive correlation with the satisfaction. According to the results of the regression analysis, 26 % of the level of school administrators’ satisfaction with the EMIS results from EMIS’ usefulness and task fit factors
