The quality of curriculum designs that are used in the instructional process effect reaching to Turkish National Educational Goals For this reason, curriculum designs should be organized by studying all the variables that effect reaching goals and by including all the variables that provide reaching goals. During and at the end of the instructional process, curriculum designs should be continously and orderly evaluated. They should be improved in terms of the evaluative data, the changes of knowledge, society, student and techology.
