İMALAT FİRMASI ÇALIŞANLARININ İNOVASYON YETENEKLERİNİN ENDÜSTRİ 4.0 ALGILARI ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİSİ

Abstract

Günümüzde Endüstri 4.0 imalat firmalarının rekabet edebilmeleri için önem arz etmektedir. Endüstri 4.0’a adapte olabilmek için ise firmaların hızla gelişen teknolojiye ayak uydurmaları gerekmektedir. Teknolojik yenilikleri takip edebilmek için de inovasyon becerileri önemli bir yere sahiptir. Bu nedenle Endüstri 4.0 dönüşüm sürecinde inovasyon becerileri gelişmiş çalışanlara ihtiyaç duyulacaktır. Bu amaçla bu çalışmada imalat firması çalışanlarının inovasyon yeteneklerinin Endüstri 4.0 algı düzeyleri üzerindeki etkisi araştırılmıştır. Araştırma için 274 çalışandan anket ile veri toplanmıştır. Veriler yapısal eşitlik modeli ile analiz edilmiştir. Analiz neticesinde çalışanların inovasyon yeteneklerinin Endüstri 4.0 algı düzeylerini pozitif yönde anlamlı olarak etkilediği bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır.
