Erkek Japon Bıldırcınlarında Rasyona Tarçın Tozu İlavesinin Performans, Üreme Organları, Kan Parametreleri ve Et Kalite Özelliklerine Etkisi

Year 2021, Volume: 10 Issue: 2, 103 - 113, 10.12.2021

Abstract

Bu çalışma, rasyona farklı seviyelerde tarçın tozu ilavesinin erkek Japon bıldırcınlarında performans, üreme organları, kan parametreleri ve et rengi özelliklerine olan etkisini belirlemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada 49 günlük yaşta 60 adet erkek Japon bıldırcını (Coturnix coturnix Japonica) kullanılmış olup, çalışma 3 muamele grubunda her birinde 5 adet erkek Japon bıldırcının bulunduğu bıldırcın kafesinde 4 tekerrürlü olarak 28 gün süreyle yürütülmüştür. Erkek bıldırcın rasyonlarına farklı seviyelerde (% 0, % 0,5, % 1,0 ve % 2,0) tarçın tozu ilavesi, incelenen performans, üreme ve kan parametrelerini istatistiksel olarak önemli derecede etkilememiş (p>0,05), et rengi özelliklerinden göğüs ve but renginin L* değerlerini önemli düzeyde artırmıştır (P<0.05).
