Öğretmenler İçin Hizmet-İçi Eğitime Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği Geliştirilmesi

Öz

Tutum; bir şeyi destekleme yada desteklememeyi ifade eden psikolojik bir eğilimdir. Tutumlar bir kişinin davranışlarını tahmin etmede etkili olduğu için, eğitim alanında önemlidir. Mesleki gelişim öğretmenlerin mesleklerinde bir kariyer planlayan öğretmenler için temel sorumluluktur. Bu çalışmada, öğretmenler için hizmet-içi eğitime yönelik likert tipi tutum ölçeği geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla likert tipi ölçek hazırlanmış, geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışması için Amasya'da görev yapan 233 öğretmene uygulanmıştır. Veriler SPSS10.0'da analiz edilmiştir. Deneme formu 39 maddeli olan ölçekten, analiz sonunda çalışmayan 10 madde çıkarılmıştır. Böylece ölçeğin son halinde 29 madde vardır. Ölçeğin yapı geçerliği faktör analiziyle belirlenmiştir. Madde-toplam korelasyon, alfa korelasyon ve skor stabilitesi ölçeğin güvenirlik analizinde hesaplanmıştır. Ölçeğin Cronbach Alpha'sı 0.936'dır. Bu bulgular çerçevesinde ölçeğin geçerli ve güvenilir olduğu söylenebilir.

Developing An Attitude Scale Towards Inservice Education For Teachers

Abstract

An attitude is a psychological tendency that is expressed by evaluating a particular entity with some degree of favor or disfavor. Because attitudes are supposed to be effective for predicting person's behavior, it is important for the education area. The professional development is an essential responsibility for teachers planning a carrier in their jobs. In this study it was aimed to develop a likert type attitude scale towards in-service education for teachers. For this reason, it was prepared a Likert type scale and applied 330 teachers working in Amasya for validity and reliability analysis. The data were analysed in the SPSS 10.0 (statistical package program for the social sciences). While the trial form had 39 items, after the analysis 10 items not working properly were omitted. Thus the final form of the scale has 29 items. Construct validity of the scale was determined by factor analysis. Item-total correlation, Alfa correlation and the scale score stability were computed for reliability analysis. The scale's coefficient of Cronbach's alpha is 0.936. According to these findings it was said that the Attitude Scale Towards In-service Education was a valid and reliable instrument.
