Core Antrenmanın Fiziksel Performansına Etkisi: Erkek Futbolcular Örneği

Abstract

Araştırmada,
11-13 yaş grubu futbolculara uygulanan 10 haftalık core antrenmanın fiziksel
performansa etkisinin lup olmadığını belirlemek amaçlanmıştır.

Araştırma
öncesi katılımcılarda durarak uzun atlama, dikey sıçrama, sağlık topu fırlatma,
20m sprint, denge, sırt kuvveti, bacak kuvveti, sağ-sol el kavrama kuvveti
performans ölçümleri alınmıştır. Sonrasında 10 haftalık core antrenman programı
uygulatılmıştır. 10 hafta sonucunda katılımcıların son test ölçümleri (ön test
protokollerine uygun) alınmıştır. Araştırmada, kontrol gruplu ön test son test
desenli deneysel yöntem kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evreni, FMV Işık spor
kulübünde futbol branşındaki sporculardır. Araştırmanın örneklemi ise, FMV Işık
spor kulübünde 11-13 yaş arası erkek futbolculardan oluşturulmuştur.

Araştırma
grubundan elde edilen verilerin ortalama ve standart sapmaları excel yardımı
ile hesaplanmıştır. Ön test ve son testler arasındaki farklılığın tespiti için
SPSS 24 istatistik programında eşleştirilmiş ‘Wilcoxon Rank-Sum Testi’ ile 0.05
anlamlılık seviyesinde değerlendirilmiştir. Bağımsız grupların (kontrol ve
araştırma grupları) karşılaştırılması ise; ön test ve son testler arasındaki
farklılığın tespiti için ‘Mann-Whitney U Testi’ ile 0.05 anlamlılık seviyesinde
değerlendirilmiştir. Bulgulara göre, 10 hafta düzeneli core antrenman
ugyulatılan Core Antrenman Grubunun (CAG) durarak uzun atlama (z=-1,992,
p>0,046), dikey sıçrama (z=-1,153, p>0,049), 20m sprint (z=-2,971,
p>0,003), sırt kuvveti (z=-2,551, p>0,011) ve bacak kuvveti (z=-4,529,
p>0,022) performansların istatiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık görülmektedir.







Sonuç olarak,
okul çağı yaşında olan çocuklara düzenli olarak uygulatılan core antrenman temel
motor gelişime olumlu yönde katkı sağlamaktadır.
