THE ROLE AND IMPORTANCE OF WOMAN EMPLOYMENT AT TURKISH ECONOMY
Abstract
First in this paper will be talked about woman employment in general meaning, and then, women’s
employment in Turkey will be evaluated with TUIK’s research in 2014 and finally the role and importance
of woman employment in Turkey’s Economy will tried to be explain.
Woman employment is one of the important factor for the development of the countries. On the other hand,
if women work, they feel free economically. So, The woman who feel free for economically, both trust herself
in economic life and do her duty of motherhood very well for her children, at last she feed people who think
healty. Also, the woman who have fredom of economic, can change countries’ destiny with her self- reliance
and original thoughts. So woman employment is the important subject should be considered for Turkey’s
and the other countries’ economic development.
Our study is to emphasize of importance of enhance study of woman employment for development of
country’s economy, aims to be increased of woman employment.
