Abstract

Political parties which is the indispensable factor of democracy are institution that have continuous
organization to aim sharing or having the power. In-party democracy contributes the establishment of
democratic thought and increasing the participation at the process of decision. In this study, firstly, as a
concept of in-party democracy were studied then the development of in-party democracy in Turkey were
discussed.In that direction, factors that impede the development of in-party democracy in Turkey are
emphasized and reached to the result section.

TÜRKİYE’DE PARTİ İÇİ DEMOKRASİ OLGUSUNUN GELİŞİMİ

Abstract

Siyasi partiler, demokrasinin vazgeçilmez unsurlarıdır ve bir program etrafında toplanarak siyasi iktidarı
elde etme ya da paylaşma amacını güderler. Parti içi demokrasi de bir siyasal partide demokratik bir
yönetimin kurulmasına ve karar sürecinde katılımın artmasına katkı sağlar. Bu çalışmada ilk olarak parti
içi demokrasi olgusunun ortaya konulmuş ve Türkiye’de parti içi demokrasinin gelişimi ele alınmıştır. Bu
doğrultuda Türkiye’de parti içi demokrasinin gelişmesini engelleyen faktörler vurgulanmaya çalışılarak
sonuç bölümüne ulaşılmıştır.
