ETNOSENTRİZM İLE İLGİLİ ÇALIŞMALARIN BİBLİYOMETRİK ANALİZİ

Abstract

Bu çalışma ile etnosentrizm konulu çalışmaların bibliyometrik analizi yapılarak alanla ilgili mevcut durumun ve gelecek eğilimlerin ortaya konulması amaçlanmaktadır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda konuyla ilgili 1978-2021 yılları arasında gerçekleşmiş Web of Science veri tabanında yer alan 776 yayın R programlama dili Bibliometrix paket programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Bibliyometrik analiz kapsamında ilgili çalışmaların atıf ve üretkenlik analizleri, kavramsal yapı ve sosyal ağ analizleri incelenmiştir. Araştırma bulguları değerlendirildiğinde, T. A. Shimp ve S. Sharma tarafından 1987 yılında geliştirilen “CETSCALE” ölçeğinin hala güncelliğini koruduğu ve alanla ilgili en etkili eser olduğu görülmüştür. A. Diamantopoulos, G. Balabanis, M. Clevend ve T. A. Shimp en fazla yayına sahip ve atıf bakımından ön plana çıkan yazarlar olmuştur. “Vienna Üniversitesi (Avusturya)” en fazla yayın üreten kurumdur. Alanla ilgili en fazla yayına “International Marketing Review” dergisi sahip iken, ülkeler arasında ABD yayınları toplam yayınların %28’ini oluşturmaktadır. Bunu Birleşik Krallık ve Çin izlemektedir. Alanla ilgili en sık tekrarlanan anahtar kelimeler ise; menşei ülke, kültür, tüketici davranışı, tüketici düşmanlığı ve kozmopolitliktir. Tematik haritalar sonucunda kavramsal olarak yedi tema oluşmuştur. “Tüketici etnosentrizmi”, “etnosentrizm”, “menşei ülke” ve “kültür” ise alanla ilgili temel temalar olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Sosyal ağ analizleri sonucunda ise, ortak yazarlık bakımından 11, ülkelerarası iş birliği bakımından ise 5 farklı küme oluştuğu görülmüştür.
