Abstract
Çocuklarda kitap okumak için herhangi bir yaş veya belirli bir zaman dilimi bulunmamaktadır. Kitap okuma eylemi, her yaşta, her zaman, her yerde yapılabilen en kolay ve en eğlenceli aktivitedir. Kitap okumayan nesillerin giderek düşünme fonksiyonu körelmekte, fikir üretme yetenekleri gerilemekte, yetersiz olan kelime hazinesi ile başarılı iletişim kurma özelliği kazanılamamaktadır. Okuma alışkanlığı; kişilerin okumayı öğrendikten sonra bu eylemi zevkle yapmalarını sağlamak için kazanmaları gereken önemli bir beceridir.

Abstract
There is no age or a specific time frame for reading books in children. The action of reading books is the easiest and most fun activity that can be done at any age, anytime, anywhere. The thinking function of the generations that do not read books is dulling, their ability to produce ideas decreases, and the ability to communicate successfully with the inadequate vocabulary cannot be gained. Reading habit; It is an important skill that people must acquire after learning to read to enable them to do this with pleasure.
