Publishing and Writing Principles

A. Publication Principles:

1. Science Harmony Journal is a national peer-reviewed journal published twice a year.

2. Articles and works of art made in all disciplines are accepted in Science Harmony Journal. Articles, Original Research Article and Review. The manuscript should not have been published in another journal / book and should not have been applied for publication. No publication fee is required from the authors.

3. The copyrighted articles submitted for publication are sent to two referees after the review of the Field Editors and the Editorial Board and published in case of a positive report from at least one referee. The publication decision is taken to the publication queue. The referee reports are confidential. The author (s) are answered within the term related to their work.

4. Unpublished articles are not returned. Only the referee reports are sent to the author and the decision is notified.

5. If two of the referees state that they can be published or published after corrections, the article is returned to the author for the necessary corrections. After the correction, the Editorial Board evaluates whether the warnings of the referees are taken into consideration.

6. In translation or simplification, a copy of the originals of the texts must be attached.

7. The Editorial Board decides the publication of the book reviews.

8. The scientific and legal responsibility of the manuscripts belongs to the authors. Authors are not paid royalties.

9. Articles that are decided to be published will be published in electronic and printed form.

10. Manuscripts submitted to the journal should not have been published before or should not be in the evaluation stage of another scientific publication. Papers presented at scientific meetings may be published provided that necessary explanations are made.

11. The article proposal prepared according to the writing principles and format stated below should be sent in “Word” format after being registered to the system through the Membership button on the main page of the journal. As all articles will be followed via https://dergipark.org.tr/bilar, the name of the article should be written in Turkish and English during the membership process; the names, surnames, titles and the institutions of the authors should be entered into the membership system completely.

In the evaluation of the articles, the “blind arbitration” process is operated and at least two referees are evaluated. The identities of the author (s) and referees are kept confidential in order to prevent conflict of interest. If one of the referees gives a negative opinion and the other gives a positive opinion, the Journal Editorial Board may review the referee reports and decide whether a third referee should be appointed for the article or the article should be returned to the author.

12. Submission of the manuscript to Science Harmony Journal is accepted.

13. All rights of published articles belong to Bilim Harmonisi. The articles published in the journal cannot be quoted without citing the source. The opinions and conclusions in the articles are the personal opinions of the authors and cannot be directly or indirectly regarded as the views of the Science Harmony. Authors who submit a publication to the journal are deemed to have accepted it in advance.

14. Visual Art Works sent to Science Harmony Journal are also accepted for publication after being checked by two referees. Short abstracts and key words describing the work should be written by the author when submitting the work to Bilim Harmonisi. Since all works will be followed via https://dergipark.org.tr/bilar, the name of the work must be written in Turkish and English during the membership process; the names, surnames, titles and the institution of the institution they work for should be entered into the membership system completely.
