Your journal is uploaded for review for publication in the study, whose title and authors are specified in the UDS System. This study has not been published anywhere before, has not been accepted for publication and has not been sent to another journal for evaluation.

The Publisher may reproduce and publish, in whole or in part, the original or copies of the Work in any way or by any means

In this context, the Publisher may publish the work in hardcover, paperback or in the form of fascicles in a periodical or indefinite publication format, in different lengths and colors, and in the form of writing to be prepared for the visually impaired. 

In addition, the Publisher may reproduce and publish the Work in physical media or in temporary or known media which may be used for the transmission and repetition of signs, audio and / or images such as computers, mobile phones, CDs, DVDs, and other digital media, including the Internet. can also reproduce and publish continuously

In this context, the Authorized Author accepts, declares and undertakes that the Publisher may publish in the formats and media required by the new technology such as e-book and z-book (enriched book) and perform applications in different formats such as iPhone, iPad, iPod and Android. The Authorized Author / Author shall provide access to the work at the place and time of third parties, including the right to broadcast and re-broadcast via radio or TV, such as radio-TV, satellite and cable, public transmission, retransmission, authorization to represent and digital transmission. has transferred the right of public transmission, retransmission and representation to the Publisher.

In this context, interactive applications, DVD, VCD, CD, MP3, video, GSM, EDGE, UMTS, 2.5G, 3G, LTE, 4G, DVBH, CDMA, HTML, XML, WAP, mobile TV, mobile streaming, mobile live streaming, catch-up, VOD, mobile, internet, social media, IPTV, WEBTV, HTML, XML, WAP, GSM, iPad, iPod, iPhone and similar smart devices and mobile technology using mobile phones and other mobile media known on the date of signing the contract. or with the means to be developed in the future, the Publisher shall have the right and authority to ensure publication, access, public transmission, public access, publication and re-publication.

The Authorized Author / Author has transferred and assigned the Publisher the right and authority to process the work arising from the Author. In this context Publisher, his work translated into every language and dialect; converting or using with genres such as music, cinema, opera and theater; conversion to audio and / or video books; conversion to corpus; rights such as compilation, leveling according to different age groups, adapting, summarizing and adding to database, dissemination by illustrations, and rights and privileges on these processes belong exclusively to the Publisher.

The publisher is the owner of the marchandasing rights of the work. In this context, the Publisher may use the name of the Work, any character in the Work, names of the characters, events, photographs, lines and pictures, for any other purpose, whether or not they are promotional or commercial, with any other service or product in the sector of their choice. The publisher may also register these elements as trademarks or domains.

As the Authorized Author / Owner on behalf of all the authors of the work, I am qualified to transfer and assign the rights, third parties have no rights to the work, the rights that I have transferred to the Publisher with this agreement and I have not transferred these rights to anyone before; that any third party claiming any rights over the whole or part of the Work shall be borne by me for any damages and other legal obligations arising therefrom; I hereby declare that I will immediately and cashly compensate any damages that the Publisher may incur in this case and that the Publisher is therefore entitled to terminate this agreement.

As the Authorized Author / Author of the work, I certify that I accept / accept all conditions in the Bilim Author's Guide ”section of Bilim Harmonisi and that the work we present / present is prepared in accordance with the ethical rules and that the right to make editorial corrections in the article will be transferred to Science Harmony.

The scientific and legal responsibility of the articles and artworks published in Science Harmony Journal belongs to the authors, and that the articles and artworks are sent to at least two referees' experts after being approved by the Editorial Board after the final decision of the Editorial Board. I hereby certify that the publication rights of all the works in the journal belong to the Journal of Bilim Harmonisi, that the publication may be reproduced in part or in full, without the permission of the publisher, and transferred to the electronic environment.

As an Authorized Author , I declare that I have entered the Journal UDS system with my own user name and password and that I have accepted the terms stated in this Copyright Transfer Form by marking I have seen and accepted the copyright transfer form on the screen.
