Abstract

İçsel pazarlama anlayışı, işletme içi çalışanın da müşteri olarak fark edilmeye başlaması ile doğan bir süreçtir.Bu sürece etkinlik kazandırmak ise; sürecin toplam kalite yönetimi ile bütüncül düşünülmesi suretiyle mümkündür. Adı geçen çalışma da içsel pazarlama kavramı açıklandıktan sonra, toplam kalite yönetimi ile olan bağlantısı üzerinde durulmaya çalışılmış ve sonrasında ifade edilenlerin pratikte de uygulanabilirliğini ispat etmek açısından Türkiye’deki ulusal basın işletmelerine yapılan anket sonuçları değerlendirilmiştir.

Internal marketing intelligence’s a interaction process which’s start with notice organization workers as customers. For to
active this process, first of all it must be conditioned with total quality management process. From this perspective in that study, previously explained internal marketing and than explained it’s relation with total quality management. And study’s completed with a research which to confirm theoritical and practice.
