Factors Affecting Customer Satisfaction in Housing Selection: An Empirical Application on Multi-Block Site
Abstract
Nowadays, the concept of customer satisfaction stands out with competition. Achieving success in trade across the globe has become more and more difficult with profit margins coming to a very low level and with many competing companies operating in similar sectors. In this respect, the quality of the products and services produced can be increased to reduce the costs and to ensure the continuity of sales by determining the parameters that ensure customer satisfaction. In this study, a housing problem is addressed in which the majority of customer complaints is considered to provide a definite and clear situation and to correct the current negative situations. With the help of customer satisfaction surveys, it has been tried to improve the conditions of competition as well as to improve the quality of products and services by providing important feedback to the individuals and institutions that produce products and services. SPSS data analysis package program to analyse the situation by trying to reveal the situation. The method has been applied to housing under a service sector and important feedback has been provided for the product and service. Suggestions were made to improve service quality and to improve customer satisfaction better than the current situation.
