Macromycetes determined in Islahiye Gaziantep/Turkey district

Abstract

The current study was carried out on macrofungal specimens collected from Islahiye Gaziantep district between 2013 and 2014, and 128 taxa were identified. Including the previously reported 52 taxa, a list of 180 macrofungi belonging to 108 genera of 51 families has been compiled. Five taxa, Tapesia strobilicola Rehm Sacc. Dermateaceae , Hymenoscyphus janthinum Fr. Lambotte Helotiaceae , Helvella compressa Snyder N.S. Weber Helvellaceae , Perrotia flammea Alb. & Schwein. Boud. Hyaloscyphaceae and Hypoxylon rubiginosum Pers. Fr. Xylariaceae , are new records for the macromycota of Turkey

Abstract

Mevcut çalışma 2013 ve 2014 yılları arasında Islahiye Gaziantep ilçesinden toplanan makromantar örnekleri üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiş ve 128 takson tanımlanmıştır. Önceden rapor edilen 52 taksonun da dahil edilmesiyle, 51 familya ve 108 cinse ait 180 makromantar taksonu listelenmiştir. Bunlardan beş tanesi, Tapesia strobilicola Rehm Sacc. Dermateaceae , Hymenoscyphus janthinum Fr. Lambotte Helotiaceae , Helvella compressa Snyder N.S. Weber Helvellaceae , Perrotia flammea Alb. & Schwein. Boud.
