The investigation of morphological, anatomical and ecological properties of endemic Silene anatolica and Silene lycaonica

Year 2014, Volume: 7 Issue: 1, 47 - 60, 15.04.2014

Abstract

In this study the morphological, anatomical and ecological properties of endemic Silene anatolica Meltzheimer & Baytop and Silene lycaonica Chowdh species which belong to Caryophyllaceae family were investigated. In morphological studies of these species, parts of stems, leaves, flowers and fruits were measured and differences from previous studies were given in table. In anatomical investigations, cross sections from root, stems and leaves were taken by microtome and hand. These sections were stained and permanent slides were made. The photographs were taken with a camera which attached to the microscope. The soil samples which were taken from habit of species were analyzed

Endemik Silene anatolica ve Silene lycaonica türlerinin morfolojik, anatomik ve ekolojik özelliklerinin incelenmesi

Year 2014, Volume: 7 Issue: 1, 47 - 60, 15.04.2014
