Türkiye'de yayılış gösteren Agrostemma L. Caryophyllaceae cinsi üzerinde mikromorfolojik, anatomik ve ekolojik araştırmalar

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Türkiye'de doğal olarak yayılış gösteren Agrostemma A. githago L. ve A. brachyloba Fenzl K.Hammer cinsinin iki türü üzerinde karşılaştırılmalı mikromorfolojik, anatomik ve ekolojik araştırmalar yürütülmüştür. Mikromorfolojik çalışmalarda tüy yapısı ve tohum yüzeyi taramalı elektron mikroskobu SEM ile incelenmiştir. Anatomik çalışmalarda, türlerin gövde ve yapraklarından alınan enine kesitler ile yaprak stoma tipleri araştırılmıştır. Sonuç olarak, tohum yüzeyi, druz kristalllerinin varlığı, epidermal yüzeyinin dalgalı ya da düz oluşu ve yaprak orta damarının sklerankima içerip içermemesi gibi karakterler türlerin teşhisinde kullanılabilecek önemli karakterler olarak belirlenmiştir. Ekolojik çalışmalara göre toprağın fiziksel ve kimyasal yapısı türlere göre bir takım farklılıklar göstermektedir

Anatomical, micromorphological and ecological studies on the genus Agrostemma L. Caryophyllaceae growing in Turkey

Abstract

In this study, micromorphological, anatomical, and ecological features of Agrostemma L. species A. githago L. ve A. brachyloba Fenzl K.Hammer naturally distributed in Turkey were examined. While hair structure and surface of the seed were researched thanks to scanning electron microscopy SEM in micromorphological studies, transverse sections of the stem and leaf and stomata types were examined in anatomical studies. Consequently, the characters such as seed surface, presence of druse crystals, undulate or straight epidermal surfaces and presence of sclerenchyma in the leaf mid-vein were determined as important characters for the identification of these species. According to ecological studies, there are some differences among the species with regard to physical and chemical properties of soil
